Rewinder for winding single-layer toilet paper and paper towels from recycled raw materials.

Use

This automatic machine is designed for winding single-layer toilet paper and paper towels as on bushing as without one. Pulley variators, installed at PM-2M, provide regulation of the linear velocity of all the drives. The reel with the base material is installed with special pneumatic device, set in the basic configuration.

The machine is equipped with unwinding, perforation, and embossing units with three-shaft pressing system. The embossing level is regulated with a mechanical device, which provides high reliability and ease of operating. The cardboard bushing is fed automatically from the magazine, the winding density is regulated by means of a shaft. Its level of pressing is regulated with pneumatic cylinders.

On winding one log and tearing off the paper, the process of automatic winding of the next log starts. The serial model of the machine is produced with a tear-off sheets sensor. The mail difference of PM-2 from PM-1 is presence of three units, namely: “Pneumatic loading of the reel with the base”, “Automatic feeding of bushing”, and “Running blade”.
